Balut: An Aphrodisiac? A Hearty snack? Or simply a solidified high packed source of cholesterol wrapped in an egg-shell? You be the judge :D

Its been awhile since I had a taste of balut..hmm..i think its been um…2 years or more. So, one day at work, like what other kababayans do (while waiting for time to fly by when we are rarely not so busy), we just talked about food, shared some info to our other co-workers and encouraged them to try some of our good food…and one of those good food was balut.
