NOMINATE YOUR NEW CPMS ADMINISTRATOR AND MODERATORS
Hey there CPMS...
As I mentioned, I'm taking a break from moderating and administering this website. This does not mean I am going to leave or anything crazy like that... I love this community too much.
This is for two specific reasons... 1.) I seem to have less and less time focusing on administering this site due to personal responsibilities i need to take care of including work and my health, and 2.) Its about the right time that others move up in our ranks...
Although we do not necessarily need a moderator. especially when content being posted now is automatically placed on the homepage, its good that others be able to become an guide and help other members of this site make it what we all hoped it to be... diverse, supportive, positive and absolutely pinoy... whether you are fil-am, filipino migrant, mestiza/o, or any other culture who just simply loves and supports pinoys making kick ass music and a kick ass scene to go with it.
So here it goes... I think we should nominate one main moderator looking over the whole site making sure new members are welcomed, blog posts and discussions are started that document the scene, and take the time to write about special people, bands and more.. let's say... members of the week or band of the week. This person should obviously be (as Je had called it) an ADDIK to CPMS but still be able to have a good idea about our original mission. They should be encouraging, they should not have the power to make decisions, but be able to hear everyone's ideas and implement them.
I am also suggesting to have formal and regular forum moderators to responsible for posting and moderating discussions.. starting games or coming up with new ideas....
This is just a suggestion... I have my nominees, but what are yours?
Tell me who you would like to nominate, it could be yourself and why this person is qualified.... If not, we'll just let the javascript and html do all the work for us... heehehee.

i'm not online that much! am i??? Is there an invisible mode by the way??? LOL!!! Though I appreciate that you guys think I'm the biggest cpms junkie, I'm afraid I would have to do a Hillary and step out of the primaries... I have my hands full at the moment. Between 2 kids, school work and lets not even talk about the homework Daybreak gives me... I really have very little time. I tend to logon using my phone and not logoff which makes it seem I'm on 24/7. That's my story and I'm sticking to it! Ha ha!
I would actually nominate Vic. Maybe one of his personlities can do it. Dick, Nino... hmm whoelse???

ok since D is stepping down and gerald wont take it cause of his other endeavors...I nominate Je, Natalia, Brenda, Chette, Jane, and Monica as the new administratorS! D did a fantastic job and now that he's stepping down, i think the women would keep this site straight...I'm saying this from experience...I just work and my wife handles all the bills, house/financial issues,babysitting,etc...
basically, the guys should just shut up and play their instruments while the ladies babysit us and the site! lol j/k
