"LOST POETICS"

Kelle Rivera - Vocals
Virg Calima - Lead Guitar
Pete Resos - Bass Guitar
Bruce Gaa - Rhythm Guitar
Will Nash - Drums

Lost Poetics (LP) is an alternative/rock band writing and performing driving anthems wielding unforgettable singing, both soaring and subtle, dynamic and melodic guitar riffs, and rhythms that launch into heavy grooves during the songs' emotional climax.

LP debuted live at the very first Chicago Pinoy Music Scene Show is now making the news in one of the local community newspapers, The Filipino American Community Builder. LP was also featured in Local Channel 41 (HPC-TV) twice by Hataw Pinoy Chicago. LP's song entitled "Don't Let Go" was also ranked number two on JokoJun Radio weekly top tracks two weeks after submitting the song and remained on the top charts for three consecutive months. Lost Poetics just recently performed with "Alter Bridge" at The RAVE (Eagles Club) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The very first song that Lost Poetics made during the very early formation of the band entitled "Break Me" made it to the TOP 20 on MTV's "I Want My Music on MTV II" contest.

The music and lyrics of Lost Poetics tell a story about life, love, passion, experiences, fantasies, promote peace and not war, coping from hard life, survival, and living life to the fullest to change the world and make a difference.

Discography: On the process

Genre: Bluesy Rock and Roll peppered with poppy hooks and a hint of funk, soul and RnB

Born from a repetitive watching of Red Hot Chilli Pepper's Live at Slaine Castle, Zed and Ray picked up their guitars and started jamming to the songs on the DVD. Out of frustration because they can't play the songs note for note, they decided to just f**k it and started making their own songs. The need for a steady beat was imminent so they recruited Yap to provide beats while Zed decided to put down his nylon string guitars and pick up his bass once more. Marco joined the group and provided the punch (and kick to the nuts) that the group has been looking for for months.

Rayzed is a California based band that's composed of different yet oddly similar individuals who enjoy, good alchohol (not so much lately), good food (a lot of that recently), good looking girls (always!!!), good music, cheap thrills, sarcasm, shallow humor (and in bad taste more often than not), and an occasional bling-bling. As for the music, the boys just wanna make you dance in a way that your parents or siblings wouldn't wanna see.

As of the moment, the band is currently recording their debut album at Sal & Olympic studios in Hayward CA. Watch out for their upcoming release on the third quarter of 2009!
